Hello everyone I am Chris Head developer of Blocky and CEO of NeonexusStudios and today we are going to go through the rules and the must-dos to not have any problem when downloading INC products.

Rules and must do:

  1. In order to have your BCoins stored in your account you need to create an account directly from the game.

  2. There are not refunds that means that if for any reason you want to refund the BCoins you cant

  3. Dont share the file to other people

  4. If your under the legal age when you become an adult in your country go through the proccess with a legal guardian

  5. If for some reason you cant download the file just email as to support you and give you a solution

  6. (This rule is against rule 2) You can request a refund for your money only if you've paid for the product contact as and we cant find a solution
